Excellent service. I had been ripped off by another company saying the damp in my house was going to cost 4 grand! Damprot came round quickly and efficiently and informed me that there was NO such damp. They did a thorough inspection, made me feel comfortable and came across very trustworthy. I am lucky to have come across them or I would have been paying a lot of money to fix a problem that I never had. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank You!!

After what I saw I wouldn’t use this company if you paid me. The staff member called this morning following up on the quote request voicemail I had left. I have never experienced anything like it – all he did was come up with obstacles and excuses to as why it would be difficult to do the work and why they shouldn’t do it. As I was looking for both timber and damp treatment it was not an insubstantial job but they clearly did not want the work. If they were too busy it would have been politer to say that rather than adopting an abrasive, cynical attitude. From the word go it was clear that the company’s focus is very much on their needs not their customer – if you want to do business with a company like this, good luck to you. God help you if you have a complaint about their work – this guy was so snotty when I was asking for a quote I dread to think how he’d respond to a complaint.
