You were supposed to attend to try for a third time to rectify previous work which you confirmed in an email. No show again today. Yesterday i emailed you but we've had no response, no notification as to why you aren't here and in the meantime we are living with damp, standing water, black mould, white fungus - a bio hazard in our home.

Residences of the square i live in are becoming increasing FED up with you leaving your vehicles all around the square making it very difficult for residents to park. You seem to think you can use this space as your own personal compound and it’s not!! The vehicles have been left there over the weekends and on days you are not even working in properties on the square. Furthermore parking in other properties drives to the back without permission isn’t okay! Get it sorted before I take matters further!

Helped unblock the toilets at the complex I was staying in. Used the old fashion rod and glove method. Looked quite messy to tell you the truth, not something I'd like to get involved with. All down to another member staying in the building flushing baby wipes. Good luck to you and Thanks again.
