Have used Ron Cave for the past 20 years. Found water leak from the roof recently. Booked for a free roof survey via its web. Jacob emailed me to say he's on holiday and told me to book for another day. It's understandable that they may not come or response on time. Just be patient and contact again. He came this afternoon. He climbed up the roof and fixed the problem free of charge. He said it should be OK. If there's water leak again,.do contact him. I would definitely use them again and recommend this company.

You were late, rude and smelt of alcohol. Yes I booked a same day quote but why offer it if you can't fulfil it? I had to chase you to get you come to my property... Your response shows a distinct lack of service and respect. Good luck to anyone who uses you... I feel they'll need it

I would highly recommend Ron Cave Roofing Ltd. They came to inspect my roof as we had a leak. They repaired the leak and replaced a broken tile. They were professional, responsive, good value and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.
