We used Andrew Speakman to replace the entire roof on our old cottage. It was a big job and had to be done right, using materials sympathetic to the age of the property. Andrew and his team were super reliable, courteous and have a tremendous work ethic. There is a reason why good roofers are always in demand! When it comes to roofing it is definitely best to get the professionals in to do the job, this is what we did. An expensive undertaking but hopefully good for another 100+years! Very happy with the results, highly recommended.

Speakman Roofing replaced our roof in October 2020. We had very specific requirements due to being in a Conservation Area, the house being of specific architectural interest, and having strong covenants governing its external appearance. We also wanted to achieve the highest possible insulation value and I was replacing the upstairs weatherboards while adding insulation there so the roofers had to co-operate on design and timing. Andrew Speakman gave us a very comprehensive quote showing how he would meet our requirements. When the work started, he and his team were always careful to clean up each day and were pleasant and easy to work with. The wettest October weekend on record happened during the job, but the temporary cover the team provided worked perfectly and not a drop got in. Highly recommended.

Andrew Speakman replaced our entire large roof and all flat roofs. The team of guys were professional, on-time every day, tidy and most of all competent. Andrew went out of his way to make sure every element of the roof was finished to the highest standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending him, he went over and above my expectations!

Replaced garage flat roof. Did an excellent job on time and cleaned up well afterwards. Had previously used them to install a fibre glass roof over the study, which had been badly done by a different company. A reliable and professional installer.
